Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Make Believe Photography, Pakenham, Victoria (“Make Believe Photography”, “the Promoter”, “we” or “us”).

2. Promotion Period

The Baby Bundle Grand Prize Giveaway (“Giveaway”) opens on 26 August 2026.

Standard online entries close at:

11:59pm AEST on Friday 4 September 2026.

Eligible entrants may also receive Open Day Bonus Entries in accordance with clause 7 below.

Open Day Bonus Entries close at:

1:45pm AEST on Saturday 5 September 2026.

The Grand Prize draw will take place at:

2:00pm AEST on Saturday 5 September 2026

at Make Believe Photography Studio, Pakenham, Victoria.

No standard online entries will be accepted after 11:59pm on 4 September 2026 and no Open Day Bonus Entries will be issued after 1:45pm on 5 September 2026.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 18 years or over who:

are expecting a baby and meet any pregnancy or due-date eligibility requirements stated on the Baby Bundle campaign page;

are able to participate in the applicable Bump to Baby photography milestones;

are able to attend photography sessions with Make Believe Photography in Pakenham, Victoria and/or at an agreed photography location;

provide accurate and valid contact information; and

comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Employees and contractors of Make Believe Photography and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. Standard Entry

Standard entry into the Grand Prize Giveaway is free.

To receive one standard entry, an eligible entrant must complete and submit the official Baby Bundle Giveaway entry form before 11:59pm AEST on 4 September 2026.

A purchase is not required to receive a standard entry.

Each eligible entrant may receive:

1 standard online entry; and

any valid Open Day Bonus Entries earned in accordance with clause 7.

Submitting the online entry form more than once will not create additional standard entries.

5. Grand Prize

There will be one Grand Prize winner.

The total Grand Prize has an advertised retail value of approximately AUD $6,500 and consists of:

$1,000 Baby Shopping Spree

The winner will receive up to $1,000 worth of baby-related products or essentials of their choice.

The winner may choose one item or multiple baby-related items from Australian retailers, provided the combined purchase price does not exceed AUD $1,000.

Once the winner has chosen their products, Make Believe Photography will purchase the selected item or items on the winner’s behalf.

If the winner chooses items with a combined value greater than $1,000, the winner may choose to personally pay the difference with the prior agreement of Make Believe Photography.

If the selected products total less than $1,000, any unused balance will not be provided to the winner as cash.

The Baby Shopping Spree is not redeemable for cash.

Product selections are subject to retailer availability. If a selected product becomes unavailable, the winner may choose an alternative baby-related product.

Complete Bump to Baby Grand Prize Experience

The winner will also receive the complete Make Believe Photography Bump to Baby Experience, documenting four milestones:

Newborn

Little Sitter

First Birthday

The Grand Prize photography experience includes:

all four photography sessions;

access to the Make Believe Photography client wardrobe where applicable;

professional guidance and photography throughout each experience;

a custom first-birthday cake for the First Birthday experience;

all beautifully edited digital images from all four photography sessions; and

one professionally printed and matted portrait from each of the four milestone sessions, for a total of four complimentary printed portraits.

Any additional artwork, products or optional services not specifically listed above may be purchased separately at the winner’s discretion.

There is absolutely no obligation to make any additional purchase.

The Grand Prize winner will not be required to pay any fee to accept or receive the Grand Prize.

6. Grand Prize Value

The advertised Grand Prize value of approximately AUD $6,500 represents Make Believe Photography’s genuine estimated retail value of the included photography services, digital images, printed products and $1,000 Baby Shopping Spree at the time the Giveaway is conducted.

7. Open Day Bonus Entries

An eligible entrant who has already submitted a valid standard Giveaway entry may receive 10 additional Bonus Entries into the Grand Prize draw.

To receive the 10 Bonus Entries, the entrant must:

attend the Make Believe Photography Studio Open Day in person on Saturday 5 September 2026;

secure a Bump to Baby Launch Place during the Open Day by paying the separate $99 refundable booking fee; and

complete these requirements before 1:45pm AEST on 5 September 2026.

An entrant satisfying these requirements will therefore receive:

1 standard entry + 10 Bonus Entries = 11 total entries.

The 10 Bonus Entries may only be earned once per eligible entrant.

The $99 payment is payment for securing the separate Bump to Baby photography experience described below.

The $99 payment is not a fee charged solely to enter the Giveaway or purchase lottery entries.

Purchasing or accepting a Bump to Baby Launch Place is not required to participate in the Giveaway.

Entrants who do not accept a Launch Place remain eligible for the Grand Prize with their standard entry.

Each standard entry and each individual Bonus Entry will be recorded separately and will have the same random and equal chance of being selected as every other individual valid entry.

8. Separate $99 Bump to Baby Launch Offer

As part of the Make Believe Photography studio launch, a strictly limited number of Bump to Baby Launch Places will be made available, subject to studio capacity and availability.

The Bump to Baby Launch Offer is a separate optional photography offer and is not the Grand Prize.

A Launch Place may be secured with a $99 refundable booking fee, subject to availability and the conditions below.

The Bump to Baby Launch Experience includes:

one Maternity photography session;

one Newborn photography session;

one Little Sitter photography session;

one First Birthday photography session;

a custom first-birthday cake where applicable; and

one complimentary professionally printed and matted 5×7 portrait from each milestone session plus the matching digital, for a total of four complimentary portraits.

Professional hair and makeup is not included in the Launch Offer but may be added separately for an additional fee if desired and subject to availability.

There is no obligation to purchase additional photographs, digital images or artwork.

9. Availability of Bump to Baby Launch Places

Bump to Baby Launch Places are strictly limited and subject to Make Believe Photography’s available photography capacity.

Make Believe Photography may close the Launch Offer once the available places have been filled.

If a family releases a Launch Place before photography begins, that place may be offered to another eligible family.

Availability of a Bump to Baby Launch Place is separate from a person’s eligibility for the Grand Prize Giveaway.

10. $99 Refundable Booking Fee

The $99 refundable booking fee secures a Bump to Baby Launch Place.

After securing their place, the client will complete a welcome consultation and planning appointment before their first photography session takes place.

During the welcome and planning process, Make Believe Photography will explain:

what is included in the Bump to Baby Launch Experience;

how the four milestone sessions will work;

any optional services requested by the client; and

that additional digital images, artwork and photography collections are available to purchase if the client wishes.

There is no obligation to make an additional purchase.

Pricing for optional products, digital images or artwork will be provided before the client makes any purchase decision.

If, after the welcome consultation and/or planning appointment, the client decides the Bump to Baby Experience is not suitable for them, they may withdraw before their first photography session takes place and receive a refund of their $99 booking fee.

Once the client confirms they wish to proceed and photography has commenced, the $99 becomes their booking fee and is not refundable for a change of mind, subject to any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

If a client who has paid the $99 booking fee is subsequently drawn as the Grand Prize winner, their $99 booking fee will be fully refunded.

11. Four-Milestone Experience

The Bump to Baby Launch Offer is designed as a complete first-year photography experience.

Clients who choose to proceed with a Launch Place are agreeing to participate in the four milestone experiences:

Maternity

Newborn

Little Sitter

First Birthday.

If a client voluntarily withdraws after photography has commenced, any future complimentary sessions or inclusions that have not yet taken place may be forfeited.

Illness, pregnancy complications, changes to baby’s arrival, developmental timing, rescheduling requirements and other exceptional circumstances will be managed reasonably in accordance with Make Believe Photography’s normal booking policies and Australian Consumer Law.

12. Optional Photography Purchases

Clients accepting a Bump to Baby Launch Place are not required to purchase any additional photography, digital images or artwork.

A participating family may complete the four included sessions and receive their four included 5×7 matted portraits without purchasing anything further.

Clients will, however, have the opportunity to purchase additional photographs, digital images and artwork if they fall in love with more of their memories.

Optional Make Believe Photography digital and artwork collections currently start from $1,178.

Any additional purchase is completely at the client’s discretion.

Pricing and available options will be provided before a purchase decision is made.

13. If a Bump to Baby Launch Client Wins

Securing a Bump to Baby Launch Place does not remove the entrant from the Grand Prize draw.

If an entrant has already secured a $99 Bump to Baby Launch Place and is subsequently drawn as the Grand Prize winner:

their $99 booking fee will be fully refunded;

their existing Bump to Baby Experience will be upgraded to the complete Grand Prize;

they will receive all beautifully edited digital images from all four sessions;

they will receive the included printed milestone portraits; and

they will receive the $1,000 Baby Shopping Spree.

No additional payment will be required to accept the Grand Prize.

14. Grand Prize Draw

The Grand Prize draw will take place at:

2:00pm AEST on Saturday 5 September 2026

at:

Make Believe Photography Studio, Pakenham, Victoria.

Open Day Bonus Entries close at 1:45pm AEST, allowing all qualifying Bonus Entries to be recorded before the draw takes place.

The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

Each standard entry and each individual Bonus Entry will be represented separately in the final draw.

The draw method will provide every individual valid entry with a random and equal chance of being selected.

Entrants do not need to be present at the draw in order to win.

The draw may be announced or streamed through Make Believe Photography’s social media channels; however, watching or attending the draw is not a condition of winning.

15. Winner Notification

The Grand Prize winner will be notified in writing by email and/or SMS using the contact details provided with their entry.

Make Believe Photography will make reasonable attempts to identify and contact the winner.

The winner will not be required to pay any fee or make any additional purchase in order to receive the Grand Prize.

Within 28 days of the draw, Make Believe Photography will:

provide the winner with written confirmation of their complete Grand Prize entitlement; and

arrange the selection and purchase of up to $1,000 worth of baby-related products.

The photography components of the Grand Prize will be fulfilled at the appropriate pregnancy and developmental milestones.

16. Publication of Winner

As the Grand Prize value exceeds $1,000, the winner’s name will be published online.

The winner’s name will be published on the Make Believe Photography Baby Bundle campaign page at:

on or from 5 September 2026.

The winner’s name will remain published online for a minimum of 28 days.

The winner may also be announced through Make Believe Photography’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

17. Unclaimed Prize and Second Draw

If, after making reasonable attempts, Make Believe Photography is unable to identify or contact the original winner, or if the selected entrant is found to be ineligible or declines the Grand Prize, Make Believe Photography may conduct a second random draw from the remaining valid entries.

Any replacement winner will be notified in writing and their name will be published in accordance with the requirements applying to the original Grand Prize winner.

18. Photography Scheduling

Photography sessions will be scheduled at developmentally appropriate stages.

Indicative milestones include:

Maternity — during an appropriate stage of pregnancy;

Newborn — during the appropriate newborn period following birth;

Little Sitter — once baby is confidently sitting independently; and

First Birthday — around baby’s first birthday.

Exact dates will be arranged between Make Believe Photography and the participating family and may take into account the baby’s arrival date, developmental milestones, illness and reasonable studio availability.

Sessions will take place at the Make Believe Photography studio and/or an agreed photography location.

Any optional services or travel requested outside the inclusions of the applicable offer may incur an additional fee. Any such fee will be disclosed and agreed before booking and will not be required in order to receive the included Grand Prize or Launch Experience.

19. Prize Availability and Substitution

If a component of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Make Believe Photography’s reasonable control, Make Believe Photography may substitute that component where permitted by Victorian law.

Any substituted prize will be of the same or greater value.

Where required, the winner’s written agreement will be obtained.

20. Personal Information

Personal information collected through the Giveaway may be used for:

administering the Giveaway;

verifying eligibility and entries;

contacting entrants;

notifying and providing the Grand Prize to the winner;

communicating about the Baby Bundle campaign;

communicating about and administering the optional Bump to Baby Launch Offer;

providing photography services; and

sending marketing communications where the entrant has consented to receive them.

Make Believe Photography will not use entrant information for purposes outside those disclosed in these Terms & Conditions except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

21. Email and SMS Marketing

Where an entrant provides marketing consent, Make Believe Photography may contact them by email and/or SMS regarding:

their Baby Bundle Giveaway entry;

administration and results of the Giveaway;

the Baby Bundle campaign;

the Bump to Baby Launch Offer;

Make Believe Photography photography services; and

related photography offers.

Marketing communications will identify Make Believe Photography and provide an appropriate method for opting out.

Entrants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe or opt-out method provided in the communication.

Withdrawing marketing consent will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Grand Prize entry.

22. Photography and Image Use

Entering the Giveaway, winning the Grand Prize or participating in the Bump to Baby Launch Experience does not automatically grant Make Believe Photography unrestricted permission to commercially publish photographs of an entrant or their family.

Any model release, portfolio permission or image-use agreement will be dealt with separately through Make Believe Photography’s normal photography agreement.

23. Entry Verification

Make Believe Photography reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of standard entries and Bonus Entries.

An entry may be disqualified where Make Believe Photography reasonably determines that it:

contains deliberately false or misleading information;

is fraudulent;

has been duplicated in an attempt to obtain unauthorised entries;

attempts to manipulate the random draw process; or

otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

24. Record Keeping

Make Believe Photography will maintain appropriate records relating to:

Giveaway entries;

Bonus Entries;

the Grand Prize draw;

identification of the Grand Prize winner;

financial accounting relating to the Giveaway; and

distribution of the Grand Prize.

Required records will be retained for three years after the Giveaway is finalised.

25. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

26. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

Entrants acknowledge that information submitted through the Giveaway is being provided to Make Believe Photography and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

27. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a valid entry into the Baby Bundle Grand Prize Giveaway, the entrant confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
